THE MOTHER THEY REMEMBER
GUIDED EXPERIENCE
Most women spend motherhood trying not to get it wrong. Very few consciously prepare to become the kind of mother their children will remember.
The Mother They Remember is a guided reflection for women in pregnancy, postpartum and early motherhood who want to consciously shape the generational legacy they leave behind.
Because children don’t just remember what we gave them.
They also remember who we became alongside them.

THE TRANSFORMATION
So many women arrive in motherhood externally prepared,
but internally unanchored. And when that happens, motherhood feels reactive instead of conscious.
Most women prepare externally for motherhood. We research birth. Feeding. Sleep. Products. Development. Education.
We decorate the nursery. We buy the carrier. We read the books. We convince ourselves preparation alone will make us feel ready.
But very few women are ever guided through the internal reality of becoming a mother.
The identity shift. The pressure. The grief. The relational changes. The nervous system overwhelm. The inherited patterns. The fear of repeating what hurt us. The fear of losing ourselves. The fear that despite loving our children deeply, we may still not be good enough as a mother.
The truth is our children will eventually grow into adults who see us clearly. Our pride, our mistakes, our joy, our shame. Where we grew, where we didn't.
And one day, whether consciously or unconsciously, they begin making connections between who they are and who we are.
None of us will mother perfectly. But we owe it to ourselves to intentionally understand the kind of mother we’re becoming.

MY APPROACH
At the beginning of my journey to becoming a mother, I tried to satiate my lack of confidence with conventional knowledge. I thought if I did my research and knew all the answers, I’d get things right.
But what I painfully discovered was that logic, control, and old ways of being are far from enough.
Through years of therapy, coaching, and showing up daily to do my inner work, I’ve come to understand that feeling like a great mother is really an inside job. No amount of external validation, not even in the form of declarations of love from my children, is sufficient for me to feel good about what I’m doing if I’m not anchored by the fullness of my heart.
My work here is to align you with yours so that you mother with meaning and purpose. I won't have all the answers for you, but my gift is in guiding you to find yours.
WHO THIS IS FOR
I work with women who care deeply about becoming great mothers — women who are proactive about their growth, willing to examine their patterns, and ready to make real changes.
This reflection is for women who care deeply about the kind of emotional environment their children grow up inside.
-
Women who are afraid of repeating painful family dynamics.
-
Women who fear losing themselves in motherhood.
-
Women who are emotionally self-aware enough to recognise that love alone doesn’t automatically create emotional safety.
-
Women who feel the weight of modern motherhood.
-
Who are overwhelmed by conflicting expectations.
-
Who want motherhood to feel honest rather than curated.
-
Anchored rather than reactive.
-
Transformative rather than identity-erasing.
Women who know, somewhere deep down, that motherhood isn’t just shaping their children — but the kind of person they’re also becoming.
