What’s often missing from the way we prepare women for motherhood is an understanding of how significant the journey of becoming is for a mother.
The real threshold isn’t just birth.
It’s who you become as your life reorganises around love, responsibility, vulnerability and care.
Motherhood changes the way you experience yourself. Your relationship with control. Your relationships with others. Your capacity to stay connected when things feel uncertain, overwhelming or emotionally intense.
And while childbirth is a pivotal part of that initiation, the transformation doesn’t stop once the baby arrives. For many women, that’s when the deeper work begins.
The overstimulation. The identity shift. The emotional rollercoaster. The confronting reality of seeing your own childhood reflected back to you through the experience of raising someone else. The tension between caring deeply for your children and not abandoning yourself in the process.
This work exists to support you through that transition consciously. Not by teaching you how to become a perfect mother.
But by helping you become more anchored, supported and emotionally honest inside motherhood itself.
Your pregnancy, birth and early motherhood becomes an opportunity not just to care for your child but to consciously grow into the kind of mother you want to become.

Inside Private Mentorship, we don’t just focus on preparing for birth or surviving postpartum.
We focus on how you actually want to experience motherhood.

The kind of relationship you want to cultivate within your family.
The kind of emotional environment you want your home to hold.
And the kind of woman you want to become alongside your children.
These are the three guiding principles I use in this work:

THE PRIVATE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Your path is uniquely yours. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’ll guide you with honest feedback, gentle pivots, and unwavering support as you move through this transformation.
We begin with the insights uncovered inside The Great Mother Orientation, then continue into private ongoing mentorship tailored to your season of pregnancy, postpartum or early motherhood.
Sessions are around 90 minutes each and held online via Zoom, usually fortnightly depending on your stage of motherhood and the level of support required.

MY APPROACH
I’m fascinated with maternal physiology. Not just for pregnancy and birth, but for how our brains rewire to prioritise nurture and how we can leverage this extraordinary time for personal growth.
Over the past few years, I’ve learned through my own experience: two unmedicated hospital births, healing childhood trauma, strengthening my relationship with my husband, and starting a new purposeful career. It’s shown me the value of approaching pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as close as possible to our natural intelligence.
By understanding what we’re intrinsically capable of, we rebuild a powerful relationship with ourselves. By coming back to our basic needs of safety, support, and agency, we return to human connection. And when we learn how to care for ourselves, we learn how to best mother our children.
I believe you and I are meant to thrive as mothers, and this is the perspective I bring to every session we have together.
